Terms of use

PromptLoom is a library of hand-made text prompts for AI image tools, each shown with an example design (visiting cards, invitations, thumbnails and more). We sell access to the prompts — the text — not finished designs, printing or design services.

AI tools change often and work differently from each other. The same prompt can give different results on different days or tools, and may need small edits (for example your name, colours or spelling). We describe each design honestly, but we can't promise an identical result.

• You need an account (email and password, or Google) to copy prompts. Keep your login private; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to make payments where you live (in India, 18, or with a parent or guardian).
• You can deactivate or permanently delete your account anytime in Settings. A deactivated account is deleted automatically after 12 months.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing or reselling premium prompts.

You may use the prompts to create designs for yourself, your family, your clients and your business, and use those designs anywhere — print, social media, products.

You may not copy our prompts or example images in bulk, republish them, share premium prompts with people who haven't paid, resell them (alone or in a bundle), or use automated tools to collect them.

The prompts, example images, text and design of PromptLoom belong to us. You are responsible for what you create with an AI tool and for following that tool's own rules — and for not using names, logos or likenesses you don't have the right to use.

• Membership opens every premium prompt and full-resolution image for the period you paid for (1 month, 6 months or 1 year). When it ends, premium prompts lock again.
• Pay once: you pay for one period; it doesn't renew. Buying more time while you're a member adds it after your current end date.
• Auto-renew (when offered): your membership renews at the end of each period at the price you signed up for, until you turn it off in Settings → Membership. Turning it off keeps the time you've already paid for. Renewals stay at the price you signed up for.
• One-time purchase of a single design unlocks that design's prompts and full-resolution image for as long as PromptLoom runs, whether or not you're a member.
• Coupons apply as described when you use them, can't be exchanged for cash and may end at any time.

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) and US dollars ($) and are final — PromptLoom is not GST-registered, so no GST is added.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We never see or store your card or UPI details. Your bank or card provider may charge its own fees, for example for foreign currency.
• A receipt for every payment is in Settings → Payments & receipts.
• We may change prices; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Everything we sell is digital. Access starts right after a successful payment, on the website — there's nothing to ship. If access doesn't appear within a few minutes of paying, refresh the page or contact us.

All payments are final and non-refundable, because prompts can be copied as soon as you pay. The details are in our cancellation & refund policy.

We work to keep PromptLoom available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or problems outside our control. We may add, change or remove designs and features over time.

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll show a notice on the site; the date at the top always shows the latest version.

PromptLoom is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly that way. Any dispute that can't be resolved will be handled by the courts in India.
