Question 1

Is PromptLoom free?

Accepted Answer

Browsing is free for everyone, and every free design's prompt can be copied with a free account. Premium designs need a membership, or you can unlock a single design once.

Question 2

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

Not to look around. You need a free account to copy prompts, save designs and keep track of what you've copied. Sign up with Google or with your email.

Question 3

Which AI tools work?

Accepted Answer

Designs are made and tested for ChatGPT and Gemini image generation. Each design page says which tools it works with. Other image tools that take a text prompt can work too, but results vary more.

Question 4

What's the difference between free and premium designs?

Accepted Answer

Free designs have their prompt open to anyone with an account. Premium designs are usually more detailed or come as a set of prompts; their example images are blurred and the prompt stays hidden until you unlock it.

Question 5

How do I use a prompt?

Accepted Answer

Open a design and use Copy, or Open in ChatGPT, which starts a chat with the prompt already filled in. Gemini can't take a prompt from a link, so Copy & open Gemini copies it for you to paste.

Question 6

What are the [BRACKETS]?

Accepted Answer

They're the parts you change: names, dates, places, colours and so on. Replace each [BRACKET] with your own details and keep the rest of the prompt as it is; that part is what makes the design look right.

Question 7

The result doesn't match the example

Accepted Answer

AI tools make something a little different every time. Use a tool the design page lists, keep the prompt whole, and read the tips under "Read before you generate". Generating again, or asking the AI to fix one detail, usually gets you there. If a design keeps going wrong, send us feedback from that page.

Question 8

Where do I find prompts I've copied or bought?

Accepted Answer

In My Prompts. The Bought tab lists designs you've unlocked, and Copied lists everything you've copied, newest first.

Question 9

Can I use what I make for my business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can use the designs you create for yourself, your family, your clients and your business. You can't share premium prompts with people who haven't paid, or republish or resell the prompts.

Question 10

What does a membership include?

Accepted Answer

Every premium prompt on the site, including new ones, for as long as your membership lasts. Longer plans cost less per month.

Question 11

What's the difference between pay once and auto-renew?

Accepted Answer

Pay once adds the plan's time to your account and never charges you again. Where auto-renew is offered, it charges at the end of each period until you turn it off in Settings → Membership; you keep access until the period you paid for ends.

Question 12

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payments are handled securely by Razorpay. Checkout shows the options available to you, such as cards and netbanking. We never see or store your card details.

Question 13

How do I use a coupon?

Accepted Answer

Choose a plan or design, then enter the code in the coupon field before you pay. The discounted price shows before checkout opens.

Question 14

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

No. Prompts can be read and copied the moment you pay, so all payments are final — memberships, auto-renewals and single designs. Check the design and price before paying, and try the free designs first.

Question 15

Where are my receipts?

Accepted Answer

In Settings → Payments & receipts. Open any payment to see its receipt, then use Print or Save as PDF.

Question 16

I paid but premium is still locked

Accepted Answer

Refresh the page; access usually appears within a minute. If it still hasn't after a few minutes, contact us with your receipt number and we'll get your access working.

Question 17

How do I change my name, photo or password?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings. Profile has your name and photo; Sign-in & security lets you change your password or log out of every device.

Question 18

Can I deactivate or delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from Settings → Delete account. Deactivating pauses it: your saved designs, unlocked prompts and photo stay safe, and logging in brings it back. Deleting permanently removes your login, profile and photo, and can't be undone.
